23 Years Experience in An Industry Of Constant Change

I’ve been in the marketng field for 23 years.  In that time, I’ve seen a significant evolution in the way businesses market their brand.  Working in the midst of a major shift like this has been exciiting and challenging.  In many ways, I have had to shift my focus as well.   I realized the front door to a business was no longer its actual front door.  It is now the homepage to its website, a click through on a Google ad, or a social media link to a landing page.

Though I began my career as a copywriter and designer for print, I was able to change as the industry changed.  Still using my expertise in print marketing,  I added basic website design, learned to write HTML and later how to develop in a CMS. 

Learning to forge the new world where print and web merge, I found a fresh balance.  My creative designer side guided my critical and analytical side.  That combination of thought and experience led me to a project management role.  In that role, I use a variety of communication and marketing skills to create, plan, and manage print marketing and website projects for a vast array of businesses.
